MySim Terms & Condition

1.    MySim can only be purchased through China Mobile Hong Kong Co., Ltd. (“CMHK”) Online Shop.

2.    MTR, Tunnels, Mobile Services License & Administration Fee of HK$18 per month will be waived until further notice.

3.    MySim contained 30 consecutive days, unlimited local calls, unlimited local intra-SMS and call management services (including Call forward package, calling number display, basic voice mailbox, call waiting & call hold, conference call). Customers may purchase local data through CMHK website. All local data cannot be sold in 2cm exchange platform and pay-per-use charge does not apply to local data usage.

4.    Roaming and IDD services automatically apply to customers and no subscription is required. Applicable charges will be incurred when using these services. Additional HK$3.00 will be charged for each SMS text message sent whilst roaming. Roaming data charges will also be incurred for each MMS sent or received whilst roaming. Data usage incurred will be deducted from the local data package purchased if the MMS is sent or received locally. For details about roaming and IDD tariffs, please click here

5.    Calling number display, missed call alert, call forward package, calling number display, international call service, basic voice mailbox, call waiting & call hold, conference call are available.

6.    MySim is issued with a validity period for activation to take place.  Local data can be used during such validity period.

7.    The basic service fee of HK$50 will be deducted upon successful activation of MySim. A further HK$50 will then be charged every 30 days thereafter until expiry.

8.    When the remaining balance is insufficient to pay the required charges (including the roaming charges), the service of MySim and roaming service will be suspended without prior notice until successful recharge.

9.    In any event if MySim is expired or MySim service has been suspended for more than 30 days due to whatever reasons, or where service has been terminated due to whatever reasons, the remaining balance and local data (if any) will be forfeited.

10.  Data service experience may be affected due to Internet traffic conditions, local conditions, hardware, software and/or other conditions which may arise.

11.  When local data usage consumed between 00:00 to 23:59 (Hong Kong Time) reaches 1GB, data access speed will be maintained at not less than 128kps. Data usage shall not be used for FTP application via tethering, P2P applications (including BitTorrent etc.)

12.  MySim will be dispatched via local courier post services within approximately 1-2 working days generally for new customer’s order, not applicable to  delivery to Post Office Boxes. Any unsuccessful delivery of MySim due to delivery loss, delay, damage or stolen under any circumstances beyond the control of CMHK and/or any omission, discrepancy or incorrectness of personal information provided by the customer, CMHK will not assume any liability arising therefrom or in connection therewith. Customers are not entitled to request any form of compensation. Port-in customers and existing CMHK customers are required to visit designated CMHK stores or Customer Center in person to complete the relevant procedures and collect “MySim” on the following day after order placement. No late collection will be processed.

13.  Calls making to Infoline Call numbers with "900" prefix are not applicable to MySim.

14.  For the loss of MySim, customers are required to promptly notify CMHK via online chat . Any amount of loss incurred will not be refunded.

15.  For MySim SIM card replacement, customers are required to present the cardholder originally attached to the SIM card at any CMHK stores and have the option to pay HK$10 for replacement fee or recharge HK$100 instead.

16.  Customers can log in My Account or use online chat via CMHK website to view account balance, remaining local data usage, refill and/or data package purchase records of the most recent 30 days (excluding calls/SMS records).

17.  Calculation of data usage is subject to the network report of CMHK. In case of dispute, the records of CMHK shall prevail in case of discrepancy. All calculations are subject to such prevailing rates or tariff as imposed by CMHK from time to time.

19.  CMHK reserves its absolute right to change MySim’s tariff, related services or modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

20.  In case of disputes, CMHK reserves the right to make final decision.

21. The above information is the latest promotional offers, service contents and tariff by China Mobile Hong Kong Co. Ltd. ("CMHK") and supersedes all information published on/ before 6/11/2017.
